   Job Role

   We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Kakinada. The candidate will be responsible for developing business through banks, DSA offices, financial institutions, and other business channels.

   Key Responsibilities

   * Regularly visit banks, DSA offices, financial institutions, and other channel partners.
   * Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank officials, DSA partners, and other business associates.
   * Generate new business opportunities through field visits and channel partnerships.
   * Identify potential customers and business leads through assigned channels.
   * Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversion.
   * Coordinate with bank/DSA representatives for business requirements and documentation.
   * Achieve monthly business and sales targets.
   * Maintain regular follow-ups with existing channel partners.
   * Identify new DSA offices and potential business partners in the assigned area.
   * Monitor competitor activities and market opportunities.
   * Submit daily/weekly field visit and business development reports to the reporting manager.
   * Ensure professional representation of Andromeda Sales & Distribution Pvt. Ltd. in the market.

   Candidate Requirements

   * Any Graduate preferred.
   * Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
   * Good communication and interpersonal skills.
