We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager who can help us expand our client base, build strategic partnerships, and drive business growth.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, connecting with prospective clients, understanding their hiring requirements, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.

This role requires strong B2B sales skills, excellent communication, relationship-building ability, and a passion for achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new corporate clients for recruitment and staffing services.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, emails, networking, and referrals.
  • Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Business Heads, and Founders to understand hiring requirements.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into active recruitment mandates.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings to present Hiringlabs’ solutions.
  • Understand client hiring challenges and propose customized talent solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Negotiate commercials, agreements, and partnership terms with clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales/business development.
  • Experience in recruitment/staffing/HR consulting industry will be preferred.
  • Strong understanding of corporate hiring processes and HR ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close business deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn, CRM tools, email campaigns, and sales automation tools.
