Job Requirements

  1. Recruit and onboard new channel partners: Identify, qualify, and recruit new channel partners that align with the company’s strategic goals and target market.
  2. Develop and execute channel sales strategies: Collaborate with channel partners to develop and execute go-to-market plans, including joint marketing initiatives, sales training, and lead generation programs.
  3. Drive channel revenue growth: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for channel partners, monitor sales performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  4. Manage channel partner relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Stay abreast of market trends: Stay informed about the latest industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the cloud market.
  6. Represent the company at industry events: Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential partners and promote the company’s channel programs.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless channel operations.
