Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced CNC/VMC Programmer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC/VMC machines to produce high-quality parts and components.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Development: Develop and edit CNC/VMC programs using CAM software, such as Mastercam, SolidCAM, or ESPRIT.
2. Machine Setup and Operation: Set up and operate CNC/VMC machines, including loading programs, setting tool offsets, and adjusting machine parameters.
3. Program Verification and Debugging: Verify and debug CNC/VMC programs to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
4. Part Production and Inspection: Produce parts and components using CNC/VMC machines and inspect them for quality and accuracy.
5. Collaboration with Design and Manufacturing Teams: Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure programs meet design specifications and manufacturing requirements.
6. Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Troubleshoot issues with CNC/VMC machines and perform routine maintenance tasks.
