Job Role:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and building long-lasting relationships. You will be instrumental in promoting and selling our range of life insurance products to individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition: Actively seek and identify potential customers through various channels, including field visits, referrals, and digital marketing.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our life insurance products, their features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
  • Sales Process: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to potential customers, address their queries, and guide them through the sales process.
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with customers and maintain regular contact to nurture long-term business associations.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently achieve sales targets and performance metrics set by the organization.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
  • Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Sales Aptitude: A natural inclination towards sales and a persuasive personality.
