Job Role:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and building long-lasting relationships. You will be instrumental in promoting and selling our range of life insurance products to individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition: Actively seek and identify potential customers through various channels, including field visits, referrals, and digital marketing.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our life insurance products, their features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
- Sales Process: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products to potential customers, address their queries, and guide them through the sales process.
- Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with customers and maintain regular contact to nurture long-term business associations.
- Target Achievement: Consistently achieve sales targets and performance metrics set by the organization.
- Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
