About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of hands-on experience in core HR functions including employee engagement, performance management systems (PMS), compliance, and grievance handling. This role requires a proactive individual who can build strong relationships across teams and drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Engagement: Design and implement engagement activities to foster a positive work culture and improve employee satisfaction.
- Performance Management: Drive the PMS cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals. Provide guidance to managers and employees throughout the process.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal HR policies. Maintain accurate documentation and support audits.
- Employee Grievance Handling: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns. Investigate and resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve processes and employee experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in HRBP or generalist roles.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.
