Primary Deliverables: To ensure timely completion of all processes related to HR Operations, Recruitment, Leave & Attendance Management, Payroll Processing, and Statutory Compliance.

Overview of Responsibilities:

1) Recruitment: Source and Shortlist CVs for company-owned pre-schools from Job Portals, Consultants, the career section of the company website & the Employee Referral Program

2) HR Operations:

a. Issue the offer letter, appointment letter, letters for confirmation/salary revision / re-designation / transfer/change of dept. / appointing specialist teachers on a consulting basis etc, o Support the

b. Annual Review process with data & issue of increment letters

c. Incorporate changes to the employee database and payroll software on the basis of letters issued mid-year and after the annual review

d. Manage attendance records, the payroll cycle and timely issue of salary slips on a monthly basis

e. Ensure timely payment of PF, ESI & statutory bonus

f. Issue the full and final settlement & service certificate in accordance with company policies

g. Maintain employee service files, hard copies of appointment letters, PF nomination forms, exit interview forms, leave forms etc. and soft copies of documents required for statutory compliance

h. Implement the Employee Suggestion Scheme on an annual basis

i. Coordinate the timely issue of letters, certificates and communication for recognition of employees on crossing important milestones

j. Respond to employee queries / grievances

k. Ensure compliance with changes in labour laws from time to time

l. Review and recommend changes to HR Policies

3) Learning and Development: Support the L&D initiatives planned by coordinating details for registration and payment

4) Additional Responsibilities : Ensure completion of additional responsibilities assigned from time to time

Preferred Candidate Profile:

HR Post Graduate with minimum 2-3 years’ experience as an HR Generalist including hiring

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

The ideal candidate would be process oriented and a keen learner who takes initiative and goes the extra mile to ensure that the EVP is maintained
