We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter specializing in Healthcare Hiring who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses, technicians, and hospital staff for our clients across India.

The ideal candidate should have experience in end-to-end recruitment within the healthcare industry and strong networking skills to attract quality medical talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare positions including doctors, nurses, allied healthcare professionals, and hospital administrative roles.

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and experience.

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hospital/healthcare clients.

  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and database for ongoing hiring needs.

  • Understand client requirements and job descriptions to identify the right candidates.

  • Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process.

  • Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of healthcare roles and hospital hiring requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)

  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously

  • Good negotiation and candidate engagement skills
