Job Requirements
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience in Jira Administration, preferably Jira Cloud.
- Strong understanding of project configurations, issue types, workflows, schemes, permissions, and configurations.
- Experience with Jira Service Management (JSM), Jira Automation, JQL, and dashboard/report creation.
- Experience with Jira development, customization, and scripting.
- Hands-on experience in plugin/app development or customization for Atlassian Jira.
- Good knowledge of Jira APIs (REST APIs) and integrations with third-party applications.
- Experience with Groovy scripting and preferably Atlassian SDK / Forge / Connect framework.
- Experience with third-party Atlassian Marketplace apps, such as ScriptRunner, JMWE, and Automation for Jira.
- Ability to develop/customize workflows, automation, scripts, validators, post-functions, custom fields, and Jira integrations.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes and/or experience working in ITSM environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for Jira administration and development-related issues.
- Good communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work in a 24×7 support model, including rotational shifts as required.
Important: The ideal candidate should have a hybrid Jira Admin + Development profile, rather than being purely a Jira Administrator.
Interview Process: Total 4 Rounds (1 Virtual AI round, other 2 rounds Face to Face round after the interview, 1 final with HR)
