Talent Acquisition

 Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business goals

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation

 Leverage data and analytics to improve hiring efficiency and quality

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking

 Ensure compliance with hiring policies and labor laws

 Develop and execute recruitment strategies for various preschool roles

 Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs

 Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

 Handle queries and resolve them with in the stipulated timeframe

On-boarding

Design and implement a structured on-boarding program that enhances employee engagement and retention

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for new hires

 Ensure completion of background and police verification for new staff hired

Conduct on-boarding sessions and orientation programs

Monitor on-boarding effectiveness and continuously improve based on feedback

 Act as a point of contact for new hires during their initial transition

HR Business Partnering

 Act as a strategic advisor to business units on workforce planning, performance, and engagement.

 Support managers in handling employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution.

 Drive HR initiatives such as performance reviews, talent development, and succession planning.

 Analyze HR metrics (attrition, engagement, productivity) and recommend improvements.
