Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to international customers.
- Generate leads and maintain follow-ups.
- Maintain call quality and achieve daily/weekly targets.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
Skills Required
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- Willing to work in early morning (Australian) shift.
Required Experience
- Candidate should have at least 3 months of experience in international outbound calling.
- Having experience in sales calls or lead generation will be a plus.
Shift Timings
- 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
- 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM (Saturday)
- Sunday Fixed Off
Salary & Benefits
