Requirements :

⦁ Graduation in any discipline
⦁ 1 – 4 yrs of experience in IT & Non IT Recruitments
⦁ Experience and ability in managing revenue targets
⦁ Excellent drive with an executive vision, client management skills, Negotiation skills and Industry understanding
⦁ Excellent understanding of the market dynamics, Cost structures and Resource availability
⦁ Ability to strategize and lead from the front to ensure high customer satisfaction
