We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter – Non-IT to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for various non-IT roles across industries such as healthcare, operations, sales, and support functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing expertise and the ability to handle bulk as well as mid-level hiring.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and other channels
- Handle bulk hiring and multiple open positions simultaneously
- Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate with clients/hiring managers for requirements and feedback
- Ensure quick turnaround time and quality closures
- Maintain and manage candidate pipeline and database
- Mentor junior recruiters and guide them on sourcing strategies

- Proven track record of handling bulk and mid-level hiring
