Summary:
We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Senior Salesperson with at least 2 years of sales
experience to join Lotus Holidays in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth by building
strong client relationships, meeting sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role
requires a dynamic individual who can work independently and within a team to expand the customer base
in the travel and holiday industry.
Responsibilities:
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas consistently
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Understand client requirements to provide tailored travel and holiday solutions
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement effective sales strategies
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
• Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and provide sales forecasts to management
• Mentor junior sales staff and assist in their development when required

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in travel, tourism, or related sectors
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with the holiday and travel industry is advantageous
