As a VLSI Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging top talent in the semiconductor and VLSI industry. You will partner with clients to understand their niche requirements and ensure high-quality candidate delivery.
Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment for VLSI, Embedded, and Semiconductor positions.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and networking.

Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.

Coordinate technical interviews with clients and provide timely feedback.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for niche VLSI skills.

Develop and nurture client relationships by understanding hiring needs.

Stay updated on VLSI industry trends, tools, and skillsets.
Requirements

Proven experience in technical recruitment, preferably in VLSI/Semiconductor/Embedded domains.

Strong knowledge of roles such as ASIC Design, Verification, Physical Design, DFT, STA, RTL, Analog/Mixed Signal, CAD, and related domains.

Excellent sourcing skills on job portals, LinkedIn, and networking platforms.

Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
