Job Requirement:

1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job roles within the organization.
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
3. Manage the recruitment database and ensure all candidate information is up to date.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with universities and other talent sources for potential candidates.
5. Assist in organizing and attending job fairs and other recruitment events.
6. Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
7. Utilize MS-Excel to track and analyze recruitment metrics and trends.
