20000 Vacancies with Work from Home Option!!! Teleperformance to Hire in India within 18 Months. In order to grow its workforce, Teleperformance, a Fortune 1,000 company that leads the world in omnichannel customer experience, has announced ambitions to hire 20,000 new employees in India over the next 18 months.

The company would hire a substantial portion of employees from tier 3 cities where they can work from home or from anywhere. Currently, the company employs 80,000 workers across 70 Indian cities. According to its new CEO for India, it would also prioritise employing members of the LGBTQ community and elevating more women to executive positions.

AnishMukker, who will focus on high-growth revenue strategies and expand the company’s nationwide reach to service clients and their end customers from a location of their choice, was recently named as the organization’s new CEO for India.

“India has added a net total of 25,000 new jobs, representing an increase of 25%. In an interview, Mr.Mukker stated, “We want to empower people in India, especially women and the disabled, by creating more jobs.” “Allowing women to work from home makes it simpler to access their talent. Currently, 40% of our workforce is made up of women, therefore it will have a wide range of effects if more women are promoted, he said.

Mr.Mukker, who joined the company from Amazon, will be in charge of growing the business and acquiring new clients from both domestic and foreign markets in the retail, financial services, healthcare, and technology sectors.

While the business will increase its physical presence by opening new offices, it will also promote more individuals working remotely through a programme dubbed Cloud Campus. At the moment, 40% of its employees in India work from home; eventually, this proportion will reach 50%.

With recently opened locations in Hyderabad and Gurgaon, Teleperformance is investing in business growth and hiring. Additionally, a DLF Downtown Gurgaon location and a Mohali location with an Olympic theme will shortly open.

As the CEO of Teleperformace India, Mr Mukker believes that India’s advantage to the global economy has moved beyond language skills and labour arbitrage. India provides access to vast pools of talent across customer experience, analytics and technology, which are now indispensable to the world’s leading industries, he said.

“My prime focus will be to make Teleperformance India the powerhouse of deep expertise and leverage the intellectual capital of Teleperformance global, to rapidly expand the reach of our services to international clients,” he said.
