Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in recruitment and staffing services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HRs, Hiring Managers, and decision-makers.
  • Pitch recruitment, staffing, RPO, and bulk hiring solutions to prospective clients.
  • Acquire new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, references, and meetings.
  • Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements with clients.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Follow up regularly with clients for ongoing and upcoming hiring requirements.
  • Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and hiring market demands.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in Business Development within Recruitment/Staffing industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and staffing business models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in client acquisition and B2B sales.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, CRM tools, and email outreach.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in Healthcare, IT, Education, or Non-IT hiring business development.
  • Existing client network or industry connections will be an added advantage.
  • Experience handling staffing/MSP/RPO clients is preferred.
