Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in recruitment and staffing services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HRs, Hiring Managers, and decision-makers.
- Pitch recruitment, staffing, RPO, and bulk hiring solutions to prospective clients.
- Acquire new clients through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, references, and meetings.
- Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service agreements with clients.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Follow up regularly with clients for ongoing and upcoming hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and hiring market demands.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development within Recruitment/Staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and staffing business models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in client acquisition and B2B sales.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, CRM tools, and email outreach.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Healthcare, IT, Education, or Non-IT hiring business development.
- Existing client network or industry connections will be an added advantage.
- Experience handling staffing/MSP/RPO clients is preferred.
