🎯 Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Coordinator to support our human resources operations. The role involves coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.


🔑 Key Responsibilities:

📌 Recruitment Coordination

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage job postings on portals and track applications
  • Maintain candidate database and update status regularly
  • Assist recruiters in bulk and lateral hiring

📌 Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Support onboarding and documentation for new joiners
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Coordinate background verification and offer rollouts
  • Assist in exit formalities and full & final settlements

📌 HR Operations

  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and basic payroll inputs
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies
  • Maintain HR MIS and generate reports

📌 Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a bridge between employees, recruiters, and management
  • Ensure smooth communication across departments
  • Support engagement activities and internal initiatives

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply

🧠 Required Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data
