We are looking for a highly organized and proactive HR Coordinator to support our human resources operations. The role involves coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
📌 Recruitment Coordination
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage job postings on portals and track applications
- Maintain candidate database and update status regularly
- Assist recruiters in bulk and lateral hiring
📌 Employee Lifecycle Management
- Support onboarding and documentation for new joiners
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Coordinate background verification and offer rollouts
- Assist in exit formalities and full & final settlements
📌 HR Operations
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
- Manage attendance, leave records, and basic payroll inputs
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies
- Maintain HR MIS and generate reports
📌 Coordination & Communication
- Act as a bridge between employees, recruiters, and management
- Ensure smooth communication across departments
- Support engagement activities and internal initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
🧠 Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
