Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process for IT and Non-IT positions.

  • Understand client requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.

  • Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist candidates.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.

  • Follow up with candidates until onboarding and maintain candidate databases.

  • Achieve recruitment targets within specified timelines.


Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

  • Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.

  • Good understanding of recruitment life cycle.

  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation.


Eligibility:

  • Any Graduate or Postgraduate (Preferably in HR, Commerce, or Management).

  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
