Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process for IT and Non-IT positions.

Understand client requirements and create effective sourcing strategies.

Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist candidates.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.

Follow up with candidates until onboarding and maintain candidate databases.

Achieve recruitment targets within specified timelines.
Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.

Good understanding of recruitment life cycle.

Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
Eligibility:

Any Graduate or Postgraduate (Preferably in HR, Commerce, or Management).
