We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter (IT Hiring) to join our team. The recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and ensuring smooth onboarding. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT hiring across multiple domains and technologies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, onboarding).

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.

  • Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, networking).

  • Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and assess candidate suitability.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.

  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker/ATS for timely reporting.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for current and future requirements.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Stay updated on industry hiring trends and market insights.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

  • 2–5 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (in-house or consultancy).

  • Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and skills (e.g., software development, testing, cloud, data science, DevOps).

  • Proficiency in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and social media platforms.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
