Job Requirements
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter (IT Hiring) to join our team. The recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and ensuring smooth onboarding. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT hiring across multiple domains and technologies.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling, offer negotiation, onboarding).

Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.

Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, networking).

Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.

Maintain and update the recruitment tracker/ATS for timely reporting.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT talent for current and future requirements.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Stay updated on industry hiring trends and market insights.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

2–5 years of proven experience in IT recruitment (in-house or consultancy).

Strong knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and skills (e.g., software development, testing, cloud, data science, DevOps).

Proficiency in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and social media platforms.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
