Role Overview
The Neighbourhood Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing hyperlocal marketing activities to promote the brand and drive customer engagement within targeted communities. This role focuses on on-ground activations, partnerships, and localized campaigns to increase visibility and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement neighbourhood-level marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Identify and engage with local communities, residential societies, and businesses for promotional activities.
- Organize events, roadshows, and brand activations in designated areas.
- Distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures) and ensure proper branding at partner locations.
- Build and maintain relationships with local influencers, vendors, and community leaders.
- Track and report performance metrics for all local campaigns.
- Coordinate with the central marketing team for digital amplification of on-ground activities.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and local regulations during campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in field marketing, BTL activities, or community engagement.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to plan and execute events independently.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.
