✅ Monitor KPIs, TATs, and client SLAs
✅ Mentor Team Leads and Recruiters
✅ Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Leadership to drive business growth
✅ Optimize operations through automation and AI-driven workflows

✔ 5+ years of experience in Recruitment/Staffing Operations
✔ Strong people leadership and process management skills
✔ Ability to scale teams and improve operational efficiency
✔ Data-driven mindset with excellent stakeholder management
