Summary:

We are  seeking a friendly, organized, and efficient Receptionist to
manage front office operations and provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients. The ideal
candidate should have basic administrative experience and a professional, welcoming demeanour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
• Answer and route incoming phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
• Maintain visitor logs and ensure timely communication with relevant departments.
• Schedule appointments and meetings and manage conference room bookings.
• Handle routine clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Assist in administrative support for HR, travel, and internal events as required.

Required Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.

Qualifications:
• Minimum educational qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a front office or receptionist role.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu preferred.
