Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated, professional, and well-presented Sales Advisor / Closing Manager
based in Madhapur, Hyderabad, with a mandatory 2-3 years of experience in selling real estate open plots. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven individual responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from initial client consultation to successful closing, focusing specifically on our open plot inventory within the Telangana region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate, manage, and nurture client relationships, ensuring a professional and positive experience
    throughout the sales journey for open plots.
  • Conduct site visits across project locations and present detailed information about open plot inventory, including location, pricing, legal aspects, and investment potential.
  • Understand client needs and preferences to propose suitable investment options and secure commitment.
  • Prepare and manage all necessary sales documentation, agreements, and paperwork, ensuring adherence to all company and legal policies.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments related to the closed transactions.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospective clients and follow up diligently on leads generated through various channels.
  • Stay updated on current real estate market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in
    Hyderabad and Telangana, specifically concerning open plots.
  • Provide regular and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to the management team.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-3 years of mandatory, verifiable experience in real estate sales, specifically open
plots/land. Applications without this specific experience will not be considered.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Preferred female candidate with a high degree of professionalism, excellent grooming, and a
polished appearance suitable for client-facing senior sales roles.
