Urgent required Insurance Adviser and 50 Telecaller Executives for an Insurance Process. This is a full time, work-from-home, opportunity with working hours 11:00am – 7:00pm , Monday to Friday. The role involves making inbound and outbound calls to customers, explaining insurance products, generating sales, following up with interested clients, and achieving assigned sales targets. The salary offered ranges between 3 LPA to 4 LP , along with performance-based incentives of up to ₹15,000 depending on the candidate’s efforts and results. Candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience from any field can apply; freshers are also welcome. Required skills include good communication, sales and convincing ability, customer handling, and a goal-oriented mindset. Applicants should know Hindi, basic English, Marathi**, or any other regional languages, which will be an added advantage. For this insurance role, clearing the IRDAI exam is mandatory, and the exam fee of ₹950/- will be borne by the candidate.
