Job Title: Wi-Fi Installation Engineer – Airtel
Location: Hyderabad
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Wi-Fi Installation Engineer to handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of broadband and Wi-Fi connections for Airtel services in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure Wi-Fi routers, modems, and broadband connections at customer locations
- Handle fiber/FTTH installations and basic cabling work
- Troubleshoot network issues and ensure stable internet connectivity
- Provide customer support during and after installation
- Coordinate with backend teams for activation and issue resolution
- Maintain daily installation reports and service records
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate / Diploma / ITI / Any Degree (any technical field preferred)
- Basic knowledge of networking, routers, IP configuration
- Experience in broadband installation (preferred but not mandatory)
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory
- Good communication skills
Salary:
- ₹17,000 – ₹23,000 per month + Incentives (based on installations)
